Picking an Air Compressor? Start Here!

An air compressor system allows you to adjust your vehicle’s suspension height dynamically, meaning you can be ready to go on the road and for any load at any time. The system allows you to simply press a button to increase or decrease the air spring pressure, letting you adjust your vehicle’s load support and leveling capacity.

First, there are standard and heavy-duty air compressors. A standard compressor will get you there for those who tow only a few times a year.

If you tow or haul frequently and want the best available for your vehicle, a heavy-duty compressor is the route to go. Dependability and fast inflate are just two benefits of a heavy-duty compressor. If you need to use your system to inflate to higher pressures, like for motorhomes, this will also be your best bet.

Our compressor systems are universal, meaning they can be installed with all our air bag kits and most other brands of air springs.

Single-path compressor systems inflate both airbags simultaneously, so they’re at the same air pressure and designed for evenly distributed loads. Single-path systems are a great choice for towing with a trailer hitch.

Dual-path compressor systems let you inflate your air bags to different pressures, which is best if your loads are uneven and you carry more weight on one side than the other. With a dual-path compressor system, you can individually inflate or deflate the left and right air springs.

With a wireless system, you won’t need to worry about running wires to the cab and can inflate your air springs from outside your vehicle. These systems can be pricier but take less time to install than others and provide the convenience of control with a wireless remote or mobile app.

Analog air compressors are tried and true, having been on the market for a long time. Those who choose an analog system can control the air pressure from inside of the vehicle, but it can take longer to install, as you will need to run air lines and wires into the cab, though it can be a less expensive option.

No matter if you want a dual-path compressor system with EZ Mount, our option for a drill-free installation, or an analog system wired to your cab, we have a compressor system to fit your needs.
